Yeah, and all the stupid, pointless races before and after. Okay, okay, it's important to prove something to yourself and reach your goals. Do it. Good. Then move on to something sane like a nice daily walk, a nap, a funny movie, and cuddles all around. Less meat, flour, and sugar. Throw in a pinch of daily quiet time for reflection.
